1. | AutoPlus 同意在有效保用期內為香港及澳門地區專屬代理之產品提供機件之維修服務。專屬代理產品品牌包括 Graywolf、Formovie、CHIQ 及 Everycom。 AutoPlus agrees to provide mechanical maintenance services for products that are exclusively distributed in Hong Kong and Macau during the valid warranty period. Exclusive product brands include Graywolf, Formovie, CHIQ and Everycom. | |
2. | 經本公司代理或銷售之其他品牌,保用服務由該生產商直接提供,詳情請向生產商查詢。 For other brands that our company represents or sells, the warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for details. | |
3. | 本公司負責在有效保用期內,如該機之各部份機件遇損壞而需要更換或修理時,不收任何費用,唯該機之連接線 / 隨機附件及機身外殼除外。 During the warranty period, our company will be responsible for replacing or repairing any parts of the machine if they are damaged, free of charge, except for the connecting cables/accessories and the machine casing. | |

5. | LCD / OLED 螢幕及 LCD / DLP 投影元件採用最精密技術製造且99.99% 以上的畫素有效,但還是可能會出現黑點或經常出現亮點(紅、藍或綠色)。這是 LCD / OLED 螢幕及 LCD / DLP 投影元件的結構特性,並不是故障或損壞。 AutoPlus 僅接受由購買日期起計 7 天內提出之更換申請,有關申請必須符合上述螢幕或投影機出現死點及 / 或光點合共多於 3 點(須經由 AutoPlus 核實)。如有任何爭議,AutoPlus 保留最終之決定權。 LCD / OLED screens and LCD / DLP projection elements are manufactured using the most sophisticated technology and over 99.99% of the pixels are effective, but black dots or bright spots (red, blue or green) may appear frequently. This is a structural characteristic of the LCD / OLED screen and LCD / DLP projection components and is not a malfunction or damage. AutoPlus only accepts replacement requests within 7 days from the date of purchase, and the request must meet the above-mentioned screen or projector has more than 3 dead spots and/or bright spots in total (subject to verification by AutoPlus). In case of any disputes, AutoPlus reserves the right to make the final decision. | |
6. | 投影幕保用服務僅限機件故障之維修,幕布之耗損並不包括於保用服務的涵蓋範圍內。 The warranty service for projection screens is limited to the repair of mechanical failures. Wear and tear of the screen is not covered by the warranty service. | |
7. | 用戶需保留保用貼紙與零售商收據以享用保用服務。客戶要求維修服務時,必須出示有列明產品型號之正本購買單據及保用貼紙,副本恕不受理。AutoPlus 有權拒絕任何欠缺上述文件的服務申請。 Users must keep the warranty sticker and retailer receipt to enjoy warranty service. When customers request repair services, they must present the original purchase receipt and warranty sticker that clearly states the product model. Copies will not be accepted. AutoPlus reserves the right to reject any service request that lacks the above documents. | |
8. | 若離島客戶機件需要回廠維修服務,客戶必須將機件自攜往本公司之其中一間客戶服務中心,並於機件修妥後於同樣地點取回。 If the outlying island customer’s device needs to be returned to the factory for repair service, the customer must bring the device to one of our customer service centers and pick it up at the same location after the device is repaired. | |
9. | 若客戶之產品需要維修服務,客戶必須將機件自攜往本公司之其中一間客戶服務中心,並於機件修妥後於同樣地點取回。 If your product requires repair service, you must bring it to one of our customer service centers and pick it up at the same location after the repair is completed. | |
